VISACHAIN allows Private deals after each presale stage — but only under strict terms.

Here’s how Private Deals access works:

• When: Private deals open immediately after each 10-day presale stage ends.

• What Tokens: Only unsold tokens from the just-closed stage are available. No preallocation, no future stage supply.

• Who Qualifies: Bulk buyers, institutional participants, and strategic partners. Private deal open to the anyone but only if they can buy in bulk.

• Pricing Model: Private purchases use the last stage’s public price — or a custom negotiable rate based on volume, lockup period, and strategic alignment.

• One-Time Per Stage: Private deals are limited to one window per stage. After Stage 9, any remaining tokens are offered briefly — then burned permanently.

This mechanism helps absorb unsold supply without diluting public buyers or disrupting the stage schedule. It’s designed to reward strategic capital without compromising fairness.

All Private transactions are verified, documented, and publicly recorded on-chain.
